I was sent this amazing Nesting Leaves Plate in advance to work with and create some projects! So far I have four finished cards but more ideas are in the works. The video link below shows step by step the creation of two of the cards from the set of four
All the cards were made to show how one Die Plate can be utilized to make many different looks.
For this one I cut the front panel with the Nested Leaves Plate from 110lb Hammermill Cardstock. I ink blended that with Simon Says Stamp Pawsitively Saturated Inks in Lemonade, Cantaloup & Cappuccino from the centre out . I matted that on a heavy 100lb Black Cardstock base from SSS. The flower is made with the cutout pieces that I inked up with Lemonade and Cantaloup ink and a small gold circle in the middle finishes off my sunflower!

For this one I cut the cover panel from 100 lb Black SSS cardstock then gave it a light spritz and ran it through my Anna Griffin Empress with the Dibble Tile Embossing Folder. After that I ran over the top edges of the embossing with a Champagne Metallic ink from Tsukineko to highlight the texture of the folder. I backed it with velum that I coloured with Simon Says Stamp Pawsitively Saturated Ink in Sage. Set it on a Neenah Desert Storm Cardbase and topped it with a few of the new Clear Pawsitively Dazzling Gems, also from Simon Says Stamp
