Cardmaking for a Cause

This week over on Instagram – link here we are doing a daily hop to bring awareness to the mental health crisis around the world. It’s Mental Health month in the USA but in Canada it is done in May. But it’s a topic that needs to be remembered year round.

First a few statistics then the card part of things…

Never underestimate how much it can help someone to reach out and offer love and support. In the current times depression and anxiety are at an all time high and adding more kindness and love to the world is a solid choice of action.

I made this card with the new release from Simon Says Stamp for STAMPtember 2025. Using the **Boho Flowers Embossing Folder, I ran a piece of Neenah Desert Storm 80lb cardstock through my die cutting machine in the folder.

I wanted a very soft and subtle card so I used the Simon Says Stamp white pigment ink and gently brushed it over the top of the raised areas. The sentiment is from the new Cathy Zielske EZ Strips collection called ** EZ Strips You Got This.
